Gratex Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window from 01st January 2026

Gratex Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 01st January 2026 until the expiry of 48 hours post the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, BSE Circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, and the Company’s Code of Conduct and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in its securities. The Board of Directors will meet to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine month ended 31° December, 2025, the date of which will be intimated in due course. Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected persons are advised not to deal in the securities of the Company during this period.
