Gratex Industries Ltd to Approve Q3 Financial Results on February 11, 2026

Gratex Industries Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 11, 2026, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December, 2025. The meeting will also take on record the Standalone basis financial results. In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from 01 January, 2026 for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons. The trading window will re-open on 14th February, 2026.
