Nirajkumar More, part of the promoter group of Grauer & Weil (India) Limited, has acquired 95,16,120 equity shares, representing 2.0988% of the total share capital. This acquisition was an off-market transfer by way of a gift from Mr. Aman More, also within the promoter group. Following this transaction, Nirajkumar More's total holding in the company has increased to 9.9734% (4,52,20,332 shares). The total equity share capital of the company stands at 45,34,11,500 shares.
