Graviss Hospitality Corrects Typographical Error in Un-Audited Financial Results for Q3 and Nine-Months Ended December 31, 2025

Graviss Hospitality Ltd. has submitted a correction to its un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2025. The correction is in relation to a typographical error under the head 'Total Comprehensive Income / (Loss) for the period attributable to:' where (52) should have been disclosed instead of 940 against the sub-head 'Owners of the Company'. This does not impact any other information including figures, disclosures, or the Limited Review Report submitted earlier. The Company is also assessing the impact of the recently notified Labour Codes in India on its financials.
