Greaves Cotton Limited has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Greaves International Trading FZE (GITFZE), in Dubai, UAE. This strategic move is part of the company's GREAVES.NEXT strategy to accelerate international growth, enhance customer proximity, and scale global operations. GITFZE will serve as a regional hub for international trading and distribution, focusing on the Middle East and Africa, with initial plans to expand into Levant and Africa. The subsidiary will support business development, market expansion, customer engagement, technical support, aftermarket services, and supply chain coordination for Greaves Cotton's portfolio including diesel engines, gensets, and powertrain solutions.
