Greaves Cotton Subsidiary, Greaves Electric Mobility Limited, Files Draft Red Herring Prospectus for IPO

Greaves Cotton Limited has announced that its subsidiary, Greaves Electric Mobility Limited (GEML), has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, BSE Limited, and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares worth ₹ 10,000 million and an offer for sale of up to 51,000,000 Equity Shares by Greaves Cotton Limited and up to 138,398,200 Equity Shares by Abdul Latif Jameel Green Mobility Solutions DMCC. The Offer is subject to regulatory approvals, market conditions, and other considerations.
