Greencrest Financial Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the approval of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The closure will commence from January 1, 2026, and will end after 48 hours from the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, and the clarification issued by BSE and SEBI. All specified persons, including employees, directors, promoters, statutory auditors, and all connected persons as specified and covered under the Code of Conduct, have been advised not to deal in the securities of the company from January 1, 2026, up to the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of results.
