Greenlam Industries Re-appoints Yogesh Kapur as Independent Director

Mr. Kapur, a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 43 years of experience in financial services, including investment banking with HDFC, HSBC, Enam Securities, and Axis Bank, brings extensive expertise. He has advised on strategic initiatives, restructuring, and public listings, and has served on government committees. His re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
