Greenply Industries Board Re-appoints Vinita Bajoria as Independent Director

Greenply Industries Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 28, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Ms. Vinita Bajoria (DIN: 02412990) as an Independent Director. This re-appointment is for a further period of five consecutive years, effective from September 15, 2026, to September 14, 2031, and is subject to shareholder approval. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee also recommended this re-appointment. Ms. Bajoria meets the independence criteria under the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, and is not debarred from holding the office. She brings extensive experience in strategic management, marketing, corporate operations, and human resources, holding an MBA and having completed programs from Harvard Business School. She is also on the Board of Governors and Society of IIM-Kozhikode and is not related to any other director of the company.
