Gretex AGM on July 31, 2026; Final Dividend of 7% Recommended

Gretex Corporate Services Ltd announced the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 31, 2026. The board approved audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of 7% (₹0.70 per share). The company also approved the re-appointment of Joint Statutory Auditor M/S Jay Gupta & Associates for a second term of 5 years, the resignation of Secretarial Auditor RKN & Co, and the appointment of D.A. Kamat & Co as Secretarial Auditor for 5 years. Additionally, Ajmera & Ajmera were re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The authorized share capital will be increased from ₹24.2 Cr to ₹26.5 Cr, subject to shareholder approval.
