Gretex Corporate Services Allots 5.55 Lakh Warrants to Promoter Group

Gretex Corporate Services Ltd has approved the allotment of 5,55,167 warrants to Ambition Tie-Up Private Limited, a member of the Promoter Group. These warrants, with a face value of ₹10 each, are issued on a preferential basis at an issue price of ₹358 per warrant for cash consideration. This allotment is the first tranche of a larger issue of 19,51,000 warrants previously approved by the Board and shareholders. The total investment amount for this tranche is approximately ₹19.87 crore. The allotment complies with SEBI ICDR Regulations and the Companies Act, 2013.
