This allotment is on a preferential basis to members of the Promoter Group and Non-Promoter Category. The corrected details confirm that Ambition Tie-Up Private Limited, categorized under Promoter Group, is allotted 12,01,000 equity warrants at an issue price of ₹358 per warrant, with an approximate investment amount of ₹19,87,49,786.
