Grindwell Norton Ltd. to Invest $11 Million in Sunsure Energy's SPV for Renewable Energy Sourcing

Grindwell Norton Ltd. has approved an investment of up to $11 Million in a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) of Sunsure Energy Private Limited. The SPV is for sourcing renewable energy through an Intra-State Transmission System based on solar power generation. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Girish T. Shajani as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Nodal Officer of the Company. The financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, were also approved and will be published in newspapers accordingly.
