GRM Overseas Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's corporate office in Panipat, Haryana. Additionally, the company has informed about the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives, effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
