The company reported revenue from sale of constructed properties and other development activities amounting to ₹749.00 Lakhs for the quarter and ₹1,496.00 Lakhs for the half-year. Total revenue for the quarter stood at ₹805.87 Lakhs, with a net profit of ₹70.46 Lakhs. For the half-year, total revenue was ₹1,559.55 Lakhs, resulting in a net profit of ₹122.37 Lakhs. The results have been reviewed by Ajay Rattan & Co., Chartered Accountants, who found no material misstatements.
