GS Auto International Ltd Appoints M/s. Gurdip Kumar & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26 and Announces Rights Issue

GS Auto International Ltd has appointed M/s. Gurdip Kumar & Associates as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26. The company has also announced a Rights Issue to raise funds approximately up to INR 30 Crores. The Rights Issue will be made to the eligible equity shareholders of the company as on the Record date, which will be notified subsequently. The company has also re-appointed M/s. Baldev Arora & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for the Financial Year 2025-26.
