GSL Securities Board to meet May 8 for FY26 Audited Financials

GSL Securities Ltd announced that its Board of Directors will convene on May 8, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Statements for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business with the chair's permission. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for designated persons is closed from April 1, 2026, until May 10, 2026, which is 48 hours post-financial results announcement.
