GSS Infotech Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

GSS Infotech Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 14, 2026. The board considered and approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Additionally, the Limited Review Report from the statutory auditors, M/s. Rambabu & Co., on these results was also approved. The meeting also covered other general business matters.
