GTL Infrastructure Appoints Two New Directors

GTL Infrastructure Ltd announced the appointment of two new directors to its Board, effective August 6, 2026. Mr. Jayant Laxmikant Bhimanwar has been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director for a period of three years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Abhijit Padmanabh Deshpande has been appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, also subject to shareholder approval. Both appointments were recommended by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The board meeting where these appointments were approved commenced at 12:30 p.m. and concluded at 3:50 p.m.
