Bombay High Court Quashes GTL Infrastructure's CBI FIR, No Offence Found

In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, GTL Infrastructure Ltd. has informed about the judgement of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay. The High Court has allowed the Writ Petition filed by the Company challenging the registration of CBI FIR bearing RC2192023E0022 dated 16th August 2023. The FIR has been quashed and the Court has held that no offence is made out warranting continuation of investigation pursuant thereto.
