Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Invests Rs. 19,42 Crores in Cleanmax Sphere Energy for 75.9 MW Renewable Hybrid Power Project

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) has invested Rs. 19,42 crores in Cleanmax Sphere Energy Private Limited for setting up a 75.9 MW Renewable Hybrid Power Project. The investment is in the form of equity share capital contribution, amounting to 26% of Cleanmax Sphere Energy's total share capital. The project is for 100% captive use by GACL. The shares will be allotted by Cleanmax Sphere Energy Private Limited to the demat account of the Company in due course.
