Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd to Acquire 26% Stake in Clean Max Sphere Energy for 75.9 MW Renewable Hybrid Power Project

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) has executed a Share Purchase Agreement with Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited to acquire 26% shareholding of Clean Max Sphere Energy Private Limited. This acquisition is for setting up a 75.9 MW Renewable Hybrid Power Project. GACL and Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited will further invest in equity shares in a 26:74 ratio for the establishment of the power plant. The power generated will be used by GACL for captive use.
