GACL Fixes Sept 18 as E-voting Cut-off for 53rd AGM

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) has announced September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting for its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled to be held on Friday, September 25, 2026, via Video Conference (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). This intimation is in compliance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014, and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Shareholders can exercise their voting rights electronically on all resolutions presented at the AGM.
