Gujarat Alkalies Trading Window Closed July 1-25 for Q1 Results

Gujarat Alkalies and Chemicals Ltd (GACL) has announced the closure of its trading window from July 1, 2026, to July 25, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen on July 27, 2026. The decision coincides with a Board Meeting scheduled for July 23, 2026, to consider the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026.
