Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd. Announces Expansion into Construction and Material Handling Equipment Manufacturing

Gujarat Apollo Industries Ltd. has decided to expand its business into the manufacturing and sales of Construction Equipment and Material Handling Equipment. The Board of Directors approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended on 30% June, 2025. The Board also approved and adopted the Director’s Report, Secretarial Audit Report, Management Discussion & Analysis Report, Corporate Governance Report etc. for the financial year ended on 31% March, 2025. The 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025. The Board has fixed the Record date as Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 for the purpose of payment of Dividend and for the purpose of AGM. The Company has appointed Mr. Ashish Shah to act as the scrutinizer for conducting the Remote E-voting process. The Board has decided to invest approximately 50 Crores in next 3 (Three) Years in a phased manner in the Construction Equipment business and approximately 15 Crores in next 2 (Two) Years in a phased manner in the Material Handling Equipment business.
