Gujarat Containers Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Gujarat Containers Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code for regulating, monitoring, and reporting trading by directors, promoters, designated employees, and connected persons. The trading window will remain closed from 1st January 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2025. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of the unaudited quarterly financial results will be intimated in due course.
