Gujarat Cotex Allots 8.06 Cr Equity Shares via Rights Issue

Gujarat Cotex Ltd's board approved the allotment of 8,06,89,241 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹5 each, issued on a rights basis to eligible shareholders at ₹5 per share. This allotment, finalized in consultation with the Registrar and approved by BSE, increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹7,12,20,000 to ₹47,46,66,205.
