Gujarat Cotex Allots 8.06 Cr Shares via Rights Issue

Gujarat Cotex Ltd has allotted 8,06,89,241 fully paid-up equity shares of face value ₹5 each at a price of ₹5 per share to eligible shareholders and renouncees, following its Rights Issue which opened on April 10, 2026, and closed on May 8, 2026. The allotment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 13, 2026, in consultation with the Registrar and BSE Limited. This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹7,12,20,000 to ₹47,46,66,205.
