Gujarat Craft Industries Ltd Sets AGM Date, Record Date for Dividend

Gujarat Craft Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 29, 2026, has decided to convene the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 23, 2026. The company has fixed September 16, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for a final dividend for FY 2025-26, if declared at the AGM. Shareholders will have the facility for e-voting from September 20 to September 22, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Mudesharsha Fakir as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term.
