Gujarat Craft Industries Sets Record Date for Dividend

Gujarat Craft Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 29, 2026, has fixed September 16, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for the final dividend for FY 2025-26, if declared at the upcoming 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 23, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Mudesharsha Fakir as Chief Financial Officer (KMP) and M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting FY 2026-27. Shareholders will have the option for remote e-voting from September 20 to September 22, 2026.
