Gujarat Gas Ltd Announces Q4 FY 25 and Annual FY 2024-25 Financial Results: Achieves Highest CNG Volume, 19% EBITDA Growth, and 30% PAT Growth

Gujarat Gas Ltd, the largest City Gas Distribution Company in India, has announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2025. The company achieved the highest CNG volume of 3.22 mmscmd in Q4 FY25, representing a 3% increase compared to Q3 FY25 and an annual growth of ~12%. EBITDA for Q4 FY25 stood at Rs. 524 Crore, a 19% increase compared to Q3 FY25, and PAT was at Rs. 287 Crore, a 30% increase compared to Q3 FY25. The company also announced a dividend of Rs. 5.82 per share at 291% of Face Value for FY 25. The company's sales volumes for the quarter ended on 31st March 2025 were at 9.31 mmscmd, with industrial sales volumes at 5.03 mmscmd and domestic sales volumes at 0.89 mmscmd. The company added more than ~38,700 new domestic customers and 3 new CNG stations during the quarter.
