Gujarat Gas Recommends Final Dividend of ₹8.901 per Share

The Board of Directors of Gujarat Gas Ltd, in its meeting held on May 30, 2026, recommended a final dividend of ₹8.901 per equity share of ₹2 each for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the re-appointment of four independent directors for a second term and changes in senior management personnel, along with a change in the company's registered office.
