Gujarat Hotels Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Employees

Gujarat Hotels Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for purchasing, selling, or dealing in the shares of the company for designated employees and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the GHL Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading-2019 and will be effective from 1st April, 2026. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours from the announcement of the audited financial results for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2026.
