Gujarat Hy-Spin Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Half Year Ended 30 September 2025

Gujarat Hy-Spin Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code for prevention of Insider Trading. The closure is in connection with the finalization of unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ended on 30 September 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement declaration of the said financial results to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting will be intimated separately.
