Gujarat Hy-Spin Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Securities Dealings

Gujarat Hy-Spin Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities, effective from 1st April 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading. The closure is in connection with the finalization of the Audited Standalone Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting will be informed separately.
