GIPCL Appoints Dr. Rajender Kumar as Additional Director

Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd (GIPCL) announced the appointment of Dr. Rajender Kumar, IAS, as an Additional Director, nominated by Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited. The board approved this appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, during its meeting on September 19, 2026. Dr. Kumar is an experienced IAS officer with a background in public administration and policy, having served in various capacities within the Government of India and as an Advisor to the Executive Director for India at the World Bank.
