GIPCL Sets Dividend Record Date for FY25-26

Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd (GIPCL) has announced the book closure and record date for the entitlement of dividend for the financial year 2025-26. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from September 11, 2026, to September 12, 2026. The proposed dividend is ₹4.10 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 19, 2026, at 11:30 AM, to be held via Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. E-voting will be available from September 16 to September 18, 2026.
