Gujarat Intrux Ltd. to Declare Interim Dividend; Trading Window Closure Announced

Gujarat Intrux Ltd. has announced a meeting of the Board of Directors on 19th March, 2026, to discuss the declaration of an interim dividend. The company also announced the closure of the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from 10th March, 2026, to 22nd March, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company’s ‘Code of Internal procedure and conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading by Designated persons’.
