Gujarat Investa Ltd Withdraws Preferential Issue of 20 Lakh Warrants Due to Current Market Conditions

Gujarat Investa Ltd has decided to withdraw and cancel the proposal for the preferential issue of up to 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs) Warrants, each convertible into 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) of the Company to certain Promoters, Promoter Group and Non-Promoter Investors. The decision was made at the Board Meeting held on Monday, 9% March, 2026, considering the current market conditions and internal financial planning. The Proposed Preferential Issue, which had been approved by the Board on 13th February, 2026, stands withdrawn.
