Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Ltd has announced the acquisition of a 51% stake in Blue Tree Clinics LLC, a polyclinic based in Dubai, UAE. The acquisition, approved by the Board of Directors on July 9, 2026, involves purchasing equity shares from existing shareholders. Blue Tree Clinics operates in Plastic Surgery, Laser Cosmetic, General Dental, and Chiropractic services. For FY2025, Blue Tree Clinics reported a Gross Revenue of AED 10,538,978 and a Net Profit of AED 3,138,809. The acquisition cost is ₹19,83,64,500, payable in two tranches, with completion expected within 50 days. This move aims to expand Gujarat Kidney's business into new geographies and service offerings.
