The acquisition is expected to be completed in approximately 2 months and will help Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Ltd strengthen its presence in the healthcare sector and diversify its business portfolio. Parekhs Hospital Private Limited is a medical and healthcare service provider incorporated in 2006, with a consolidated turnover of Rs. 25,66,69,000 in the financial year 2024-25.
