Gujarat Kidney Ltd Submits Revised Annual Report & AGM Notice

Gujarat Kidney and Super Speciality Ltd has submitted a revised annual report for FY 2025-26, including the notice for its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 28, 2026. The revision was necessary to incorporate the Secretarial Audit Reports for material subsidiaries, which were inadvertently omitted from the initial submission. The AGM will cover the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements, the appointment of a director retiring by rotation, the appointment of M/s SPANJ & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, and the appointment of Mr. Paresh Dhoti as an Independent Director.
