GLFL approves FY26 Audited Results; Re-appoints 2 Independent Directors

Gujarat Lease Financing Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 30, 2026, approved the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The Statutory Auditors issued an unmodified opinion on these results. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Animesh Mehta (DIN: 09122533) and Narayan Meghani (DIN: 09551334) as Non-Executive Independent Directors.
