GMDC Board Meeting on 14 May 2026 to Approve Audited Results

Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 14, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval.
