GNFC Board Meeting on Aug 5 for Q1 FY27 Results; Trading Window Closed

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (GNFC) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, August 05, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. In line with SEBI regulations and the company's code of conduct for preventing insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will remain closed for all designated persons. This closure is effective from the intimation date and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results. Dealings in the company's shares by designated persons and their relatives are prohibited during this period.
