Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers MD Resigns, New MD Appointed

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd (GNFC) has announced a change in its Directorate and Key Managerial Personnel. Shri Rajkumar Beniwal, IAS has relinquished his charge as Managing Director effective September 09, 2026. Concurrently, Shri Sanjeev Kumar, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister of Gujarat, has been assigned the additional charge of Managing Director until further orders. Shri Sanjeev Kumar, an IIT Kharagpur alumnus with extensive experience in public administration, has taken over the responsibilities. The company will proceed with the formal appointment process for Shri Sanjeev Kumar as Additional Director and Managing Director.
