Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd Alters Main Object Clause to Include Solar, Wind Energy Generation

Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd has approved the alteration in the Main Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on 26/03/2025. The new objects include managing, supervising, and controlling the business of transmitting, supplying, generating, distributing, and dealing in electricity and all forms of energy and power generated by various sources. The company will also manufacture, trade, import, export, install, and operate solar systems for energy generation, and set up greenfield solar, wind, and hybrid energy plants.
