Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd Alters Memorandum of Association

Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd has altered the Main Object Clause of its Memorandum of Association. The alteration was approved by the members of the company through a postal ballot via e-voting on Wednesday, 4th March, 2026. The new objects include trading, buying, selling, importing, exporting, investing in, arbitraging, hedging and dealing in commodities of various kinds, both in physical form and through various contracts, in India or abroad. The company has also included the business of development, redevelopment, construction, reconstruction, renovation, remodeling, planning, designing, executing, implementing and undertaking of real estate and construction projects in its Main Object Clause.
