Trading Window Closure for Audited Financial Results Announced by Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd

Gujarat Natural Resources Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the results. This decision is in reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. Designated persons and their immediate relatives are not allowed to trade in securities when the trading window is closed.
