The meeting will cover ordinary business, including the adoption of audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mr. Bharatkumar Keshavlal Relia as a Director. Special business includes the appointment of Mr. Dhavalkumar Rameshchandra Doshi as the Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and the appointment of M/s. DMAA AND ASSOCIATES as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy for a five-year term.
